Day 3 - What good habit do you want to begin this month?
I want to begin or perfect the habit of being able to set a proper sleep schedule because right now my sleep schedule sucks ass lol. I've been working on it for some time now but it's so hard when you're an overthinker who can never shut your brain off enough to get a good night's sleep or at least to get to bed on time.
