Day 20 - How can you give yourself a break today (mentally, physically or emotionally)?
I can give myself a break by putting myself first. I need to stop overthinking and making other people's well-being my top priority, especially when that same energy and effort is not returned. My mental health is currently trash because I have more or less given up on trying in life. At this point, I am simply existing. Physically I am not doing well. I need to make myself the focus of my life. I am tired and suffering but I need to not worry about others for a bit and focus on setting myself straight before it is too late. My only problem is where do I start.
